This payment option is intended for clients with hourly representation.
A retainer is an advance security deposit held in a dedicated client trust account. These funds remain the client's property until legal services are performed and billed against the account.
Use this option if you are:
Making your initial retainer deposit
Replenishing your required trust account balance

Use this payment option for fees that are earned upon payment or are not deposited into a client trust account.
Examples include:
Consultation fees
Flat-fee legal services
Other payments made at the direction of our office
